Happiness is a state of mind!

My positive thoughts

It is just according to the way you look at things. Happiness does not exist in any external object, but only in us, who are the consciousness that experiences happiness.

Happiness is a state of mine. Don’t look for happiness outside of yourself. STOP looking for happiness in the materialistic things and realize that running for success is not the key to happiness. Find yourself then you will find the happiness and that is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.

Defining Happiness

I always liked this quote, well that is a fact, that you can’t change everyone, but you can change yourself and that could be a great way to influence others. We can spread the positive energy by doing the best things for the others.

Don’t expect other people to agree with your opinions. Everyone has their own perspective and the capability to imagine the things differently. So, don’t fail to live in the present when you think about something which you can’t control or change. Be happy for this moment because it’s part of life.

Life is meant to be happy because you are already blessed with many great things. Embrace change and keep moving towards your goals.

Life the present life, that is what you have, this moment is yours and you can do what you want in the way to be happy. Well, I also had this black times when I was thinking a lot about my past and my future until I realize that IT IS SO MUCH WASTE OF TIME! then I forgot to live the present. Yes, yes! For sure you cannot go back in the past and make some changes and also you can’t be sure about what is going to happen in the future. (You surely know that: You have to have a plan, that will not gonna work πŸ™‚ ) something like that! So, you realize that thinking a lot makes you just lost your present happiness.

So, remember:

  • to live in the present.
  • Don’t waste your present moments in the hope of the better future.
  • STOP worrying about tomorrow, do something which will help you to solve the problem!
  • and don’t waste your present by worrying about the things you can’t change or control.

I agree with this quote because in my opinion you have to find the purpose of your life in order to be happy. Happiness is the by-product of doing something valuable which make us feel good. Don’t strive to be happy, instead strive to do something meaningful which makes you feel fulfilled.

Don’t focus on negativity, live and feel each and every second of your life, after all, life itself is a blessing. πŸ™‚

Therefore, since we have no duty or responsibility other than just to be in our own self-conscious and blissful being and since there is no higher happiness than simply to be, thus, let us just be!
